Space Camp

Space Camp is a team we introduced in 2014 after putting on an event of the same name and purpose in the two years prior. The team members are developing their abilities to have conversations with staff members around any topic at any point in time with the intentions of: providing a forum in which participants voices are fully heard; causing a shift and expansion in how the world occurs for the participants. Staff members with this ability can effectively lead the organization in:

• Aligning on shared goals
• Aligning on ways of operating
