Corporate Direction

Corporate Direction is a deliverable that was introduced with the revision of our Executive Management Review (EMR) procedure (SLP-S0010) in March, 2017. The intention of the Corporate Direction is to:

• Clearly define our goals for a one year period, broken down by team
• Provide staff with visibility of our short term goals
• Provide staff with visibility of upcoming changes
• Provide staff with visibility of what our partners are working on
• Provide our partners with visibility of where their projects fit into our organization
• Drive accountability

The Corporate Direction process, when executed well, will help us accelerate our growth while maintaining the flexibility to respond to changes in our needs, environment, and markets. The current version of the Corporate Direction is available in our Management System.
